Picnic

”On a wet Friday morning Pt-england school was excited and couldn’t wait for thier awsome picnic at the Pt-england beach!!! They all had packed lunch and a water bottle in thier bag and some families came with picnic. At the beach sports were held everywhere like soft-ball rippa-rugby even cricket but with pacific bats. The grey sky was fading away and the sun bursted out with some blue sky.

I was playing with sand with my friends Tevita,Heremiah and Mateo. We had great time because Tevita and Heremiah was buring thier feet under the sand like three feet under and me and Mateo was having digging comp it was so fun. Then we started making a water trail we will do a thick line in the sand then fill it with water then the water will go to the other thick lines running along.
After that me Heremiah and Mateo decided to go for a swim Tevita couldn’t because his Nan thinks he will get the cold.

As soon as me and two other friends went into the water I felt a very cold chill going up my body. I thought I wouldn’t get that much cuts on my foot but I was wrong. I was playing the then all of a sudden I felt something wrap around my leg then it pulled me down! I had a feeling it was somebody I know who do you think it is? I went under water struggling to get out of that thing wrapping around me I got out and the person that I pulled up was Mateo of course he is really sneaky and likes to tackle.

We got out of the water to have lunch I saw my sister on the way to the changing room she said my mum came with pinic. I was starving I quickly got changed and ran to eat I gave some food to my friend Tevita and I forced to eat some more. After that me and Tevita played rugby with a giant tennis ball it was one tuff game.Later that day it was home time and I was eating a packet cravers we went to school and had a reast then we went home the end.

Film Festival!!!

Wednesday was gonna be a exciting day because we are going to Hoyts. We were waiting in the hall for the little kids to come so we could pair up. When they got here we were thinking, who do we want to go with. But then all of a sudden I realised the teachers were choosing pairs. Some of us had two kids like Carlos. Heremiah and Billy had a twin each and I had the one who acted like a yr 6 just like me. We are walking through Sylvia Park a little grumpy with the weather (Rainy weather).

We are in Hoyts sitting down in front of a large door that says Xtreme Screen must be big aye? When we stood up to go in the room I think I was crazier then my little buddy. When we sat on the chairs we found which was all the way at the top jokes! The day was awesome! All the movies were one-hundred percent spectacular well 92%. When it finished I was tired I fell down, it was pretty embarrassing. I just wanted to say thank you for reading my story

The Holidays

On the first week of the Holidays I made a schedule for the Holidays I thought it would've been a good idea but it turned out to be quiet tricky. First I'll do the house-work on Monday then I'll get the swimming pool pumped up and put some water in. I wash the dishes and hang the washing. Then that's when I stopped thinking about ideas because there were visitor's so I went to say hi.

It was my Nana and Aunty's they came to play Playing-Cards with my Mum. I got my Nana and Aunty's a drink my Mum was pleased that I did that. So time to get back to writing I thought that I'll do some activity's at Dunkirk and play Sports in the Weekends. So thats what I did with the other week. Oh yeah I even went to Whangarei for a swim it was great.

Outta This World 2011

It's Term 4 2011 and all the teams are doing an act like the always do on the first day. I reckon my team was the best because the video was the Wiggles singing Twinkle Twinkle little Star. Miss King, Ms Squires, Miss Garden and Mr Marks were dancing like ballerina's. Mr Somerville was the guitarist and was the only one singing which was funny. Mr Somerville was wearing a jacket with yellow star's all around it and a blond wig. He was even wearing a Purple Hula-hula with colorful flowers. The rest of the teachers were just dressed silly too.

Team 5 Teacher's was wearing alien masks. They were all starring in a Star Wars episode which was awesome. My favorite person was Miss Tito, I mean Han Solo because she was a hero. She saved the Princess which was played by Mr Harris hahahah! Darth-Vader is Mr Barks. He had a funny face to be in that suit. I liked the Immersion assembly and I can't wait until the next one. All the other teams were great too!

Our trip to MOTAT

On Thursday the 31st of June Rooms 15, 16 and 17 from Pt England School went to Motat. When we got there we met this man called Fraser. He was talking about stuff we should be doing and stuff we shouldn't be doing there. I was in Tauwhare's big sister’s group with Tevita, Andrea, Te Rina, Jay'Lee, Turuhira and Zion. The first thing we did was have Morning tea. After that we went straight to the tactile dome.

Once we got in there it was so dark, so dark it was like pitch black. There were lots of obstacles that we had to climb, crawl and slide over. It was so cool but, people kept screaming and arguing. Once we were inside it wasn't so scary, after all it was fun. Once we got out every body was excited for the Mirror Maze. Every body was freaked once they got into the mirror maze. Next we went to explore the rest of the place. It was fun! We saw old cars, fire engines and buses. We also saw an old school, black smiths forge and old cottages and then it was lunchtime. After that we went and explored and then we went back to school.

Best Time of my Life

I woke up on a Saturday morning feeling very strange I didn't see my brother sleeping next to me usually he stays in bed forever and when he gets up he annoys me all day. I was walking down the hallway and I noticed it was quiet usually it's always noisy because of the baby's they always cry or make a mess. I went in the kitchen and I saw a whole bunch of shopping on the table I saw coco,milk,weetbix,movies,PS3games,Soda,Packet of Chips and sausage rolls from My Bakery.

That’s when I hooked upped the cables of the PS3 onto my 80 inch Flat-screen and played WWE All stars I was eating the packet of chips like a pig and then I cooked up some popcorn then watched a scary movie called IT then that’s when felt kind lonely so I turned of the TV then went to my bedroom I was lying down thinking when is everybody gonna come home I fell a sleep kind of sad. When I woke up because my brother was snoring right next to my ear I went through the hallway I noticed that it was noisy and messy then I thought it was all a dream.

School is why kids are creative at camp

Kayaking was missed out for me.

At night my tent was warmer than my house.

Tidying my tent was fun

Even washing our dishes was fun

Leaving to the Lagoon center was exciting because I went onthe bus with my friend.

At school me and the boys did some cool camp fire cooking.

Neither of my tent buddies would stop talking about camp when it was sleep time.

Camp!

On Friday 16 of March was the first day of camp some kids were excited and some were nervous because it was their first time being participating in the Point England camp just like me but some kids were excited because everybody went to swimmarama.

It’s the second day of camp and everybody are tired because where all doing Jump jam at 7.00am. I’m in Super chargers for camp there’s teams for camp they are responsible Rockers,Respond Stars,True Crew and All stars.

The girls in my group went to the kitchen and helped Mrs Jarman with dishes and make scones. So the boys went campfire cooking with Mrs .M. and it was cool because Mrs .M. gave the helpers marshmallows and we even made dough-boys and it was delicious.

okay it’s the last day of camp and breakfast is served and everybody excited about going back home and everybody liked lunch at the end of the day we did sport and it was really cool because we did all kind of sports.

At the very end every body met in the hall with Mr Burt and he showed us a camp book that was made 8 years ago so that meant that this year were gonna make a camp book on our net-book.
